The Cape Town Convention Bureau is a unit of Cape Metropolitan Tourism City of Cape Town, promoting the city and province as a world-class meetings, incentive, conference and exhibitions destination.

The Cape Town Convention Bureau offers the following services:
Assistance with strategic information and trends relating to the convention and incentive industry in Cape Town.

Arrangement of appointments and introductions to conference venues, conference and exhibition organisers, destination management companies, special event planners and a wide range of business tourism products and service suppliers in Cape Town. Assistance to organisations bidding to host international conventions in Cape Town.

Production of support material for bids and conventions. Assistance with pre- and post tours for conference delegates. Assistance with ideas for incentive programs. Liaison with local government for permission or permits for incentives or special events.
