Cape Town is known as one of the most beautiful places on earth. The beaches, the mountains, the Oceans, the endless winefields and off cours hightlight Table Mountain! When you walk and drive through the streets of Cape Town and the Western Cape it is breathtaking, but when you experience the Western Cape from the ksy you will never forget!

We highly recommend you to make a skydive when you are in Cape Town. As a free bird in the air, you will enjoy the beautiness of the Cape and besides that, making a skydive is a big adventure! Probably this jump to Cape freedom will be the most unforgetable moment of your time in South Africa!

When you make your first skydive, you will jump togehter with a trained and professional instructor from Skydive Cape Town. Many people think skydiving is the same as bungee jumping, but it is absolutely not. Bungee jumping is about speed and adrealine: skydiving is about relaxing and feel free as a bird in the sky. You will be aware of every second from the moment the free fall end until you are back on the ground.

In a small plane you will fly to a heigth of 9 feet. On the ground you put on your safety equipment and the instructor explains exactly what to do. The instructor carries the parachute, so that makes it easy! And don't worry, these instructors have jumped many many times and know exactly what to do to make a wonderful jump and to make you feel comfortable! For the most of the people it is the first time they skydive.

The first exciting moment comes when the pilot gives the sign that the perfect moment is there to jump out of the plane. You've had a relaxt trip in the plane, with already amazing views.....but now it is time to play the hero! The plane door opens.., you hear the wind is strong, your heart beats faster and faster and than in a rush you fall out of the plane.

It only seems five seconds but actually you are making a free fall of 30 seconds until your instructor opens the parachute and you can start to enjoy the amazing views of Cape Town, Table Mountain, the Oceans: a amazing experience!

After a few minutes the instructor gives you the strings and you coordinate where to fly to. For the real adventurists, you can make some turn overs in the sky! Slowly you descend to fast ground. Once you are on the ground, wverybody wants to do it over and over again! An indescribable experience for only R 1200!!

If you want to bring a nice souvenir back home, a camerman (R 380) can jump with you to record your skydive on tape!

Skydive Cape Town is a 20-minute drive north along the R 27, or West Coast road as it's more commenly known, is all it takes for you to be shisked from the Cape Town city centre to a drop zone that boasts one of the best views in the world from altitude! Ther is also a shuttle service that picks you up in Cape Town and brings you back.
