South African company
Quattro offers GraphicMail, a browser-based tool for email
design, dispatch and subscription management.
GraphicMail is accessible through an Internet browser that
calls up an easy-to-use interface when users log in at www.graphicmail.com.
The user navigates through the interface, accessing various
functions, including the GraphicMail Editor, which enables
users to create colourful newsletters (with graphics and
photos) or other types of email communication, such as memos,
pricelists, invoices and many more. The Editor is based
on common icons and shortcut keys familiar to Windows users.
GraphicMail, which is used by anyone from a small club
to a large company, offers smartly designed templates with
commonly used themes.
Users upload email addresses into their mailing lists,
and can set up subscription forms for their website so that
the system auto-manages new subscribes and unsubscribes.
Users can offer more than one newsletter if they wish -
GraphicMail can manage different mailing lists. The system
automatically deletes 'Hard Bounces' and follows international
and US law governing SPAM. It also offers personalization
features and advanced statistics reporting that enable users
to monitor who is reading their emails and even who is clicking
on links within their emails.
